Looking for team Unreal Engine 4 Thread

I am looking for a team to make military and horror style games. i will pay for steam green light and put the game on the steam market place.
You will need unreal engine 4 for this job or any other program than can export assets to unreal engine 4 examples Maya blender and other tools.
