I'm Javiera Stephanie from Ninja Vault. We're currently actively developing a 3D Action RPG called Parachronism: Order of Chaos which you can find here Indiedb.com or at our site at Ninjavault.biz
If you've seen our latest update on indiedb, you may have known our current progress of development and yes, we're in need of programmers! .NET programmers to be exact.
THE GAME:
The game is set in ANCIENT CHINESE ERA. It involves time travel element of you who came from the modern era. You are familiar with Ancient Chinese things such as the custom, the tradition, the fashion, etc. It may sounds easy since you've known all those. But is it? You will be faced to an order of time chaos.
This game has a STRATEGICAL element which requires you to "Think before You Act". You, despite being a newcomer, has become another person in that ancient era who unfortunately has the responsibility to solve big things. Though you've watched and play games that are set in ancient era, still things aren't as simple as it sounds.

CURRENT PROGRESS:
1. Writing Department: 100%
This includes NPC dialogues and Quest dialogues of course)
2. Sound Department: 100%
If we only had the SFX department 100% done before, now we have ALL the SFX and Soundtracks we'll need in the game! We have more than 20 soundtracks and more than 30 SFX in the game waiting for you. I know I only posted 4 of the soundtracks. But if I post all, it won't be a surprise would it?)
3. 3D Department: 85%
We had the 3D models all done, but they need to be textured right? Well now we're working on it. Other than the objects, the characters are being animated too. But I can't show you that yet. I will show the animated characters in the full gameplay video later.
4. 2D Department: 70%
70% may seem like a low number. But heads up! It's not. You may have seen the latest character update I posted, well that's one new progress. But 2D art also covers other things such as the screens. You won't be able to do any interaction without the screens right?
5. Development Department: 30%
Now this is the reason I asked you programmers to join us. It's the most lacking one! Well truth to be told, we don't have that much system to do. But 30% is 30%. We have good programmers in the team but we'll need more! Don't worry, the lead programmer is there to direct you.
AVAILABLE POSITION(S):
I. .NET Programmer
Required Skill/Knowledge:
1. Experience with Dependency Injection frameworks is really favored!!
2. Having knowledge of the SOLID principles
3. (Important) You must be dedicated and be active
Your Job:
We differs programmers and game designers in our team. While game designers are responsible for all that's related to the visualization, the programmers are only responsible for all "behind the scenes". They are the one who make the systems for the game designers to use.
Your Share:
You will get 5% of total earnings of the game. BUT, if you quit midway:
1. While contributing nothing, you will get 0% (no share)
2. You have some contribution, you will get only parts of your share (not the full 5% amount) depends on your contribution.
EXPECTED TIME COMMITMENT:
The expected time commitment would be >15 hours per week. Weekends are optional (you are not required to be online on weekends and/or holidays).
