PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE POST BEFORE LEAVING. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME.
As the title states, I'm looking for a team of currently indie game developers. This team structure, as I see it, is a multi-platform developer, including mobile games, XBox Marketplace, PS3, Wii and more. Not all of those have to be met, but everyone can look into the far future, right?
Below are the skills I'm looking for in a successful team of developers. Also, I have no examples on my Mod DB page of my work {oops}, however if you want to see my work, then PM me and I'll send you a few links to various pieces of art and games I've contributed to.

Current Goals: To create a game using the basics of the team's skills to demonstrate our ability; to create a game that's friendly for casual and hardcore gamers alike. There is no current project, I want to decide (this/these) with the team.

I know this post isn't formatted to great, but I was having problems with the text editor. I'm a very organized and devoted person. A few things to bring into mind are:
I am not looking to make just one game. I'm thinking of a devoted multi-game team. If there's anything missing from this post, or a position you would like to have and is not there, please let me know and we can negotiate/I can add it to the list. Last note, I am not looking for every position on this list. I am hoping for at least one from each category, 2 from each on the art section. 3D is optional.
If you would like a position, please let me know VIA PM. Don't post here. Thank you!

some discussion on the project itself might perk a few more ears, at least some basic info. Sorry for the post in your thread. (Though it bumps it, useful to your project.)
