LOL!!! (Half-Life Joke) Thread

*Warning Semi-Spoiler*

In Half-Life:Opposing force, in the sequence where the giant "worm" is in the main waste tank, read the labels on the main controls. "Valve" and "Gearbox" are the two things listed. GET IT??? I wouldnt doubt if half of u have seen it already tho.

I got a few screenies and hope to post them soon. Its funny(to some people).

Im still trying to think of a way to get a pic up here. for my geocities site, id have to convert it to a gif and re-upload it or something. Im workingon it.

Its not AIRPLANE! funny but it still is kinda....KINDA funny. The thing that makes me laigh it that most people dont notice it even though it is so obvious.

I'm not sure if any of you have seen this troughout the game (and I'm not saying I think it's funny), but when I was looking through the "decals" wad file in VHE, I found a tiny, tiny decal called "littleman" (which I probably think you all can figure out what is by the name). Probably an easter egg that was supposed to be VERY hard to find.

i have never heard or seen this so called egg, tell me!

I saw it, it wasn't funny, it was just a coincidence. And the set of gears in that one room is in fact the Gearbox logo. It's no egg at all; you HAVE to go there to (spoiler) raise the slime level to be able to burn that eagle sounding creepy eye thing.

This is an old joke. 1999 old. Drop it.

Oh oh and how funny was it that the grunts spelled Freeman "Freemen". Haw haw. BTW Valve sucks at easter eggs.

Oh, and the snowman containing Grenade penguins are no surprise either in op4ctf
