in need of ANY mapper who can adjust to q1... Thread

well, i decided to give this topic a go again.. maybe this time things won't turn ugly..

Well, i need mappers very very badly... any mapper will work, however i need you to map for q1.. my map requirements are quite simple.. im more for quanity, not quality here ya know? If you can make a box, then you can prolly map for me... lol.. its all quite simple, PLEASE respond if you will maybe consider..

lol.. sorta does, but then again sorta doesn't.. i like to stick with it cause its the closest i will ever come to my own game.. cause with q1 i can make me mod standalone.. however, overall, graphics aren't too big a deal for me.. only particles.. glquake has enough graphics to suit me, and with my engines particles, im happy..

its ok, its a fun deathmatch mod... actually Q3 is better for deathmatch and mad killing

ya.. its for q1.. the mod is minions of darkshadow, however i don't really wanna get into too much explantaion here, cause it can get kinda big.. basically, i need you to make maps of forest, caves, desert, something like a tomb, and burnt wasteland.. not too hard overall..

i started this mod long ago under q1, i'll just stick on it for now.. sides, this is by far more singleplayer them DM.. it IS dm, but more single.. and honestly, i don't like q3 engine.. not at all really.. lol

I can map, moddel and code..

i can make that type of maps but do you want to use custom textures or basic q1?

i want cutsom texures, but use q1 until i get custom ones made. the detail, VERY little.. like for forests, make VERY few trees out of the map.. i don't want many of em.. and the desert, NO catuses or ne thing.. i want this to look natural.. ya know, like make it how u expect the forest to look..

And stoner, if u can map and model, i'll take that.. don't need coding tho.. unless of cource your willing to work for my doom3 mod as well, cause i got MASS code work needing done in there.. that is, once the game's out..

if you want not a super duper realistic forest or desert or something with a ultra big level of detail i can do that

well, detail is not too big a deall.. i do however need something big and realistic, but VERY few trees, and NO catuses.. no shrubs or nothin either.. i'l ltake care of all that meself.. i got a lil plan for it..
