In Development needs another Coder Thread

Hello, I'm the coder for the Source mod In Development, and due to high amounts of coursework I am in need of a secondary coder to make sure that we release our demo on time.

In Development is about the journey through a game developer's mind. The protagonist must travel through the game developer's finished game concepts, such as a WWII shooter or an urban Action shooter, and will journey deeper into the developer's thoughts, viewing his dreams and nightmares. The protagonist will have access to Debug weapons, which are coding utilities in weapon form, which allow the player to alter the entities in the "game" he's in, rather than just gun them down. One such Debug weapon is the Step Over, which teleports the player behind a single enemy and backstabs them for an instant kill. The theme of the mod is comical for the "game" chapters, and dramatic for the overarching plot.

The requirements for the position are:

• Experienced in C++
• Owns a copy of Half-Life 2 or any other Orange Box game
• Knows how to access and use SVN Repositories

If you are skilled in any of the following aspects of coding, it will be a huge plus.

• NPCs
• VGUIs

While a good chunk of the mod has been set in stone in terms of features, specific parts of our design document are being purposely left vague in order to allow other members of the team to have their own input into the development of the mod.
