Ok, now this is frustrating me to no end so I decided to start a new poll. Have the load times on modDB considerably worsened for you since the move to the new server, which technically should be much much faster? They certainly have for me so I need to see if others are experiencing such a problem so that I can address it. Anyhow here is the poll please read the instructions in the first post there! After some code analysis and load time testing I have found out it is not the SQL causing the bad load times but the HTML been rendered. This seems mighty strange, maybe it is because my internet connection is pinging rather high? -- Scott Reismanis |

aiiiight well at long last the mystery that is load times has been resolved! You see output buffering was never turned on. I told this to greg the host who thought it was turned on. Anyhow after much playing around and testing it was discovered it wasn't and well now it is and modDB should load a tad quicker than it already does w000t! -- Scott Reismanis |
