IDEA!!!!! PLZ READ Thread

I had watched the amazing 600mb video of the HL2 demo. I saw that the sequel will sure to be EPIC in many proportions. So if you can make such effects as HL2 will have, then why not make a WW2 game. It allows huge maps, vehicles, amazing AI, and you can make epic sequences such as a Japanese Cruiser blow up or such as Pearl Harbor being bombed. Except that all of this is SP. This would be a huge hit. It may also be an official addon for HL2.

lets all just hope dod switches gears from hl to hl2

And if they do. I'd love to create an addon for dod that has SinglePlayer.

Nice mod name. Why don't you spend some time to make a mod for HL2.

erm...medal of honor, call for duty...etc
there are so many WWII fps's out there...take your pick (dont think we really need another one!!)

Id rather pick HL2 and make an amazing Epic action-packed game based on WW2.

I guess that is kinda the beaty of HL2, buy one game but get like 50 due to all the mods around. I have no doubt nearly every war ever will prolly be covered by HL2 mods eventually, just look at HL1

Well see if I would work on one when I finish my HL2 mod "Periculum: Frost BITE"
