Hi does anyone know how to position the Quake 3 main menu (and the title) (Single, Multiplayer.. etc..) I'm new to coding.... a real fresh newb But I figured positioning the menu shouldn't be too hard. So far I've gone into the vm folder, but I'm still figuring out how to open the ui.qvm file.. I know I need a C++ or Borland to open it... I also downloaded a source code for quake3 and found the main.menu file in the UI folder I opened it in notepad... but I'm not sure what to edit to align the menu and the title. Excuse my newbishness... --

Why the hell are you using the old arcane Q3A UI? Go find the Team Arena UI and work off that. It's godly easier. -- < insert subject games here >

You can compile the Team Arena UI out of the Q3A/TA Game source code. Use #MISSIONPACK. IT'll require some external ".menu" files though (I think they can be found around where you got the source, because I stumbled upon them more than twice and that's not my missionpack/pak0.pk3) -- < insert subject games here >
