Post all of your ideas for my half-life mod that I shall title Dark Dreams. I have a basic idea but other than that I need your inout so I can make what the people want. So far this is what I have Aliens meet the CIA, FBI, and the Mafia in a futuristic world post nuclear war. There will be several new future guns but mostly you will be using melee weapons such as Longswords, shortswords, and battle axes. Some new guns will be a charged plasma cannon, a pulse laser, and a nifty little laser lockpick for those hard to open doors. There will be many more new items but my team and I will be withholding much information -- It is better to die standing than live your life on you knees begging for mercy. Sword vs. plasma cannon? Ever see Raiders of the Lost Ark? Assuming that your plasma cannon would be at least as effective as Indy's pistol, I'd say the sword swingers are about to have a pretty bad day. |
