Yes, a lot of very interesting projects coming down the grapevyne. Like this game, for the "Beats of Rage" engine: Borrevolution.vg-network.com Edited by: Karuto -- "He who fights with monsters might take care lest he thereby become a monster." |

Well, they did release GTA and GTA2 for free now, and also he wrote SCIStudio so he kicks ass already It's a public domain rom, don't panic over those. Emulators are legal as well, the only thing that isn't is obtaining commercial ROMs and BIOSes without permission or owning the original game (and also providing links to them, i'm looking at you san-j >: ) Edited by (in order): leilei, leilei -- < insert subject games here >

xbox and gamecube emulators will probably be illegal once one that works comes out. lets not get off topic....back to gta for nes. how is it going to be released without nintendo's permission? theres no way nintendo would release a gta game for one of their consoles. they could sue easily... |

There are still IP issues. Even if GTA and GTA 2 are released for free now, they still haven't made GTA 3 free. Also the terms of use when you d/l the free versions state that you cannot provide the game to anyone else. it has to be distributed through rockstar. I'm just throwing this out there. I don't really care either way. |
