Gmax help! Thread

Are there any Gmax modelers and/or texturers who could theow me some tips or tutorials on how to use Gmax. I especially need help in making more advanced shapes, boning, and how to arrange a texture for a model.

Thank you so much notoriginal very good advice I will be sure to make use of. I don't really understand haw to tell what part of each image is going where on the model though and I can't find any help on this subject. Could someone give me some help in this.

yeh i originally used gmax like 10 years ago to mod stuff, the basic outlay is like 3d studio max, just look up some basic poly modelling tutorials for 3d max should get u started.
