Game Update Notification? Thread

I'm new to using Desura, but am familiar with Steam and GOG. Both of those services alert me (or allow me to view) when a game update is released for only the games in my library. Does Desura offer something similar?

I've noticed a "track this game" button under each of my games individually and I assume this is a partial solution, but what I'm after is something that tracks ALL the games in my library, rather than individual games. Also, I would only be interested in game updates (file revisions) and am not so concerned about news, sales, etc. for the games.

My ultimate goal is to maintain a local backup of the latest install file revisions without requiring the installation of games to my system until I am ready to play them.

"Track this game" button allows you to watch/track developer's progress updates, new articles media etc posted on the game/mod pages.

You receive release updates/revisions in your Desura app independently from tracking game/mod/group/company profiles, and yes, revisions/updates are displayed for all games, and also manually installed - you don't have to update anything if you don't want to.

You track games only if you'd like to read the latest news or see e.g. screenshots of an upcoming release.
