I tend to hide the names of the games I make.
Simply because anyone can just create a game with the same name on the Apple Store and then I won't be able to use it anymore.
If the name is not so special or good then it's not likely to happen.
But if the name is good(and there are good names, especially for SEO reasons in App stores) then not revealing it reduce the risk anyone else will use it.

Yea, it's a bit paranoid but there was a game with the exact same name as of my game claim they own the name.
I gave up on the name because they really did have it first(even though their game was not on the app store yet), but not everyone are so courtious.

So why do I ask it here?
Well, what are my options using a working title name instead of the real name? Here in SlideDB?
What is your experience on the subject?

If its a working title, just title the game as such, gamename *working title
You can always update it later, you just need to watch google links and ensure you dont post to much content under your working title.

I sometimes think the same but I figure there's so many games out there, very few people have the time to go out and steal peoples game names and still focus on more important things like making a game. People have better things to do

I think the benefit from getting the word out and getting feedback outweighs the risk of someone taking your IP. Also, if you plant a flag and everyone sees it, it will be recognized as your IP. I think there are exceptions, but this is generally who I look at it.
