[Freelancers] Future indie game title on a freelance recruitment drive Thread

We've just secured funding for our upcoming indie sci-fi game title, and are now looking for freelancers to hire.
We need:
Environment Concept artists - Indoors, outdoors, nature scenes.
Character Concept artists - For a variety of human jobs and ages.
Character Artists (3D) - mostly people, some aliens.
Environment Artists (3D) - props, buildings, etc
Animators - Working with Unity3D's Mechanim system
UI Designers - Icons, notifications, menu options, etc
Programmers - Working with the Unity3D API (in C# )
Sound Effects Designers - Ambient, Foley and Action sounds
