Final Fantasy XI Pokemon mod Thread

Hi

I've been studying this for a while and this is what I came up with for all you Pokemon fans and you Final Fantasy 11 (XI) players out there. If there is anyway possible, I request some assitance to make a Pokemon themed Final Fantasy XI called Pokemon Destiny. If any coders/modellers/mappers/people who are really good with modding and are interested, contact me for full details on the mod. Is FFXI even modable?

I don't actually like Pokemon, but FFXI has easy potential of becoming a very good mod. I can use the beastmaster system which is already on there and is pretty much like the pokemon battle system. I'm trying to ask Square Enix to give me a server for my mod, I just have to create all the stuff first.

FFXI has 4 main towns:
Jeuno
Sandoria
Windurst
Bastok

I can find the 4 main towns from the Pokemon world and with assistance, change the cities to fit the Pokemon cities. Things such as the Mog House in FFXI may just be a regular house that is editable. The mog can be a Beautifly (I thought i might do some Pokemon research since I don't really know much about it!). Enemies can have their attacks changed to apply to Pokemon and their chars changed e.g. Wild Rabbits in FFXI can be changed to weak Pidgeys or something like that. If you play FFXI and see why FFXI is perfectly capable of being changed to a sucessful Pokemon mod (Pokemon Destiny), then you'll know why I came up with this idea.

FFXI is an MMO, that means it can't be modded, unless I'm horribly mistaken.
