There's plenty of voice actors around ModDB from what I've noticed, and yes including girls. I'd think looking up the Voice Actors "group" in the profiles section would be a good place to start too since they might be able to point you towards someone suitable.

There are two voice acting groups on moddb, I think they're both dead. If nobody writes their interest in this thread you could always go here;
