Fable: Lost Chapters Thread

A few years ago, I played a game for XBox called Fable. The graphics were awsome, but the game was extreamly short, and some things were not finished. I hear rumors that Lion Head Studios are now remaking it on computer, and it's called Fable: Lost Chapters. Has anyone heard about this?

Definitely. It looks and sounds a hell of a lot better than the console version. It seems that Lionhead learned from their mistakes their first time out of the gate and hope to capitalize on better ideas this time around. Hopefully this will continue on to Fable 2, since they were able to at least accomplish allowing the players freedom to build your character from the ground up, despite the short game (it would be longer, just like in Morrowind, if you would focus on building your character rather than going along with the storyline).

Well, Fable on Xbox is kind of like a big demo, and it should be cheep to buy now.

Lost Chapters is also going to be released on the Xbox this year, so you could always wait for that to come out as well.

yeah, and after that i might actually buy an x-box after figuring out how to install linux in it....

i dont like microsoft really.....

but lionhead studios are good game makers =)

That will be awsome if the PC version is moddable. I doubt it though. Lionhead hasn't made any of their games moddable yet.

No, no online capabilities it seems... =(

There will be online stuff only to download, but not to battle others, but I believe they will be doing that for Fable 2.

Yeah, even the smallest amount of research into the title would show that it's already been leaked.

i could upload a small video as proof if you really want it =/ but its 200 megs, as its made with fraps.
