Environmental Artist looking for summer project Thread

Hello, I am a first year Game Development student at Durham College and I am looking for a summer project to further advance my skills and gain more experience. The project can be non-paying as I am only going to be available until the end of August.

I would prefer to join a serious team that uses skype/teamspeak for communication. Our program also mainly teaches UDK3 and they will be teaching UDK4 next semester so I would prefer to work on a project using either of those engines.

With environmental artist, do you mean just background art/textures, or even models for environment objects?

My portfolio showcases a UDK3 3D Interior Environment, so I would be doing all the props and the textures along with them.
