Hey guys!

This new up-coming Voxel based game called Dysis (Kickstarter.com),

Is anyone excited for it?
Think its a good idea for games to be using the voxel (is c4 the proper name?) engine?

The main issue with the voxel engine is that we all know that Minecraft uses it meaning anything else that does will essentially be "minecraft copies" in most peoples eyes. Is that the case?

I think the fact the guy makes robots is pretty cool :3

Hope everyone is well :)

I like it, I like it a lot. I also like that the guy was more realistic that he was serving a niche audience so he only asked for 5000. I'll try to keep it on my radar.

Never did think about that :)
I do enjoy seeing Developers not asking for much but providing quite alot in return to the fans :) Also mean s the project has more chance for success!

Definitely backed for beta... would everyone who also backed please go tell the creator (Chris Farrell) that you'd like to see his game on Desura, in the comment thread of the project? He's gathered some Linux users (myself, for example), and there's really no place for Linux gamers quite like this (with the downloads accompanied by community-building features). It would be great if others would post comments saying so, especially Windows gamers from Desura, since there are so many of you!
