I'm in the process of getting some talented people together to produce something small but showcasing custom content at a professional degree using the upcoming Dragon Age: Origins toolset. You can already apply for the beta toolset BTW.
Bioware's official Dragon Age website is at:
Dragonage.bioware.com

The mod will be an RPG, set in a dark fantasy world.
And I don't mean gothic or horror.
It's just a slightly darker world than the usual fantasy genre.

First of all here is some concept art:

My concept artist is pretty much amazing and is exactly what I've been looking for (for years actually).
He has the most original critters I have ever seen, and his style is reminesent of old ancient maps (the kind with the sea monsters in the corners) and fantasy Xeno-Biology books/manuals.

He is just beginning out on the orthographic turn-around concepts for me:

I have just modeled the base for it:

And I am curently Zbrushing the high poly model.

Here's a link to my (a bit outdated) portfolio website.
I am a 3D Character Artist/Animator, so custom creatures are taken care of.

These links will have to do for now until I have the time to get a website up or recruit a web guy.

I am going full force on this project, fulltime.
But I do need several positions filled:

- Web Designer/Admin
- Graphic Artist (for logos, interface, icons, UI, etc)
- Writers
- Recruiter
- Team Manager

Obviously I need a bigger art team when we get more situated with the core team.
For instance:

- another couple Concept Artists
- Texture Artists
- 3D Artists

as well as
- Sound Techs/Designer

and once the game/toolset is released:

- Level Designers/Builders

Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns from potential recruits.
My goal is to use this small mod as a showcase to pitch to Bioware for a Premium Mod(s) deal.
Which would be considered a shipped title for those looking for experience in their portfolio.
From what I've heard (and from past experience) Bioware likely has plans to sub-contract out work to mod groups that can produce quality RPG content/mods.

Please if interested please list and give links to your experience.
For now I will use MS IM for communication and am always online (wisdomknight777@hotmail.com)

Thank you

WK
