DOOM3 disable Crosshair ? Thread

hi ,

does any1 know how to disable crosshair in Doom3 without disabling the hole hud?
im loving this game but the crosshair destroys the really spooky mood which makes the game such as fantastic as it is . But this crossahir ...... i mean it turns red when you shoot on enemies..... i cant even see my bullets reapin through flesh n bones..... the monsters i shoot at are covered by this damn, flippin crosshair...... .......
why do game-developers nowadays dont create a feature to switch on\off crosshair? .even doom1 had such a feature.... ....

Just a quick tip, people usually understand better if you write with proper spelling and stuff, not everyone can understand that.

Not quite. I don't even know any doom3 cvar, so that's a wild guess, assuming it's based off of Q3 engine (and it is, id wouldn't scrap everything and start over from scratch)
