Does fallout 3 require a powerful laptop/pc Thread

I have it on my alienware mx15 but my friend wants it on his toshiba satellite. I don't have his specs right now but I want to know if requires a powerful laptop.

Fallout will run on pc's that can run the elder scrolls: oblivion, its basically the same engine.

Your alienware probably has a dedicated GPU (video card) whilst most off the shelf laptops have integrated videocards those have much poorer performance, so unless he handpicked a laptop with a dedicated GPU it wont run any games really well anyway.

Spec wise, 1gb video card, 4gb ram, 2.8ghz 64bit or 32bit processor.
