DoD:source Worth It? Thread

Should I just wait for 1944 D-Day mod for HL2

I think it is very worth it, especially if you haven't played Half-Life 2 yet and you get it in one of the Steam packs. But even outside of that, it's a damn fun game. It just depends on what you are looking for, I suppose. Personally, I play it more than any other multiplayer game, except maybe F.E.A.R. deathmatch.

There's a free weekend to play it going on right now. Grab it fast before Sunday night, and try it out for yourself.

yea they added new maps and a game mode, really fun

DoD feels like a better graphiced version of CSS to me But I got my fill in these 3 days

I bought it and Love it man..ITs definitely worth it
and look at it this way...Thye keep adding to it like new maps, and gameplays and stuff
so yes...fork out the cash dude

I think its around $35 AU at the moment. Still tossing up wether to get it or not, even if it is that good. One day I WILL have money....
