the poster that starts the topic should be able delete posts by other members who type crap that sucks lol and offer no input. and takes you away from the topic.

No, that is when you PM a moderator. Then people could delete anything from the topic they want, and it wouldn't necessarily be a good thing.

I know what you said, but I disagree. There could be situations where someone would delete posts to keep themselves from looking bad or to be an ass to someone, too many ways it could go downhill. Just PM staff.
