Complaint Thread

Well I have a complaint. I was having a respectable discussion in the presidential elections thread Moddb.com

And then I just started getting flamed. You can read it starting in about the 4th page.

If you look you can read what happened after the thread was locked in #moddb

Sure I am very angry, I'm not saying I am innocent I lashed out too, but only after being ridiculed. However; this is a blatant troll if I ever saw one. Is this what moddb is all about trolling other people and then teasing them about it. This i think is a great disrespect and just goes to show why people like cheapy left.

I'm disappointed in the way certain members have acted, too. It's very unbecoming, immature and rude, and can offend some people. I'm all for a little silliness now and again, but there's a fine line between taking it too far.

Gunrunner can sure be a smartass sometimes...

This place really needs to clean up its act on v2. It could lose more people if things go this way. Let's have fun, people!

If we wait till v2 there will be nothing left...

I was being honest in my apology and I don't think its fair for that to be rubbed in my face. My responses in this thread were just for a lil kick and I don't think they harmed you or anyone cause they weren't a flame.(unless you were offended by my Jesus pic.) That is the first time I've apologized to you and I think I deserve a lil chance. I'm trying to change peoples' views on me here because I know by my own faults, I'm not a very poplular member of the community. I will stay true to my word and not flame you in return and start another useless quarrel. I can understand the apology may be hard to accept from me, but it was honest. I think I deserve more of a chance until I have clearly contradicted my message.

@BigBird: I really don't understand your response. I know things are going wrong with Moddb, but I highly doubt it is the cs players. I don't even play cs anymore as of a few months. I really don't see how or why that would affect your outlook on me even if I did. As I said in the above statement, My apology was sincere wether it is accepted that way or not.

I was not referring to anyone in particular, but more to the overall childish way that is seen from the outside of moddb. People view moddb forums as a joke, hense my cs players remark. CS players these days are getting younger and younger, meaning their responces are less meningful and more immature.
