company and game not authorized yet? Thread

it has been two weeks, we have 5+ images. does it normally take this long?

I already have received an email saying they were authorized.

Not sure how your profiles were missed. Apps are authorised daily (once a day), indies thrice a day. Perhaps an admin ticket bug?

Also normally you should be able to self-auth it by clicking Go Live button.

I don't see any button to go live. It is just weird how neither the game or site got authorized, and I got the emails saying they did. It has been awhile.

Perhaps your game/company was not on the ticket list, it could be a bug.

That button is visible only if profile is in its un-authorised state. (At the bottom of Setup Steps section when your page is un-authed.)

Also your game was turned off IndieDB - it was displayed only on SlideDB. So your profile page could be authorised and at the same time not visible on all three sister sites (ModDB, IndieDB, SlideDB).

In your game's case, it was considered a mobile audience targeted app and visible only on SlideDB (and ModDB - everything is visible on ModDB by default as it is the core site). So if you meant that your game was not displayed on IndieDB - then yes, it was turned off there as recently there was a huge split between mobile apps and desktop indies in the database.
