when i'm creating a mod for halflife, how can i disable the cheats?
i know there's a way because in monkeystike noclip is not avaible

the cheats are always disabled unless you enable them , f00l :)
unless you are creating a map , then when you test it, cheats are on, incease you need to do noclip to look around your map :/

It depends on the server, and when all else fails load up Punkbuster.

but there are programs that can't be stopped that can make players cheat too :/

If I'm not mistaken MonkeyStrike is a multiplayer mod, and if Half-Life is a sane game then it disables cheats during multiplayer :P
