Hail, Ladies and Gentlemen

Catwalk Gaming* is a multi-national, internet-based video game design and modding studio. Its goal is to help talented computer scientists and artists gain experience in their respective fields by working on non-profit projects. Currently, we are looking for members for "Project Victor", an Amnesia: The Dark Descent custom campaign based on the classic horror novel by Mary Shelley, Frankenstein. Catwalk is dedicated to creating innovative indie projects and promoting undiscovered talent by showcasing each member's creative genius. All members are paid on a profit share** model, if the project is monetized at all. Catwalk is not about the money, but in helping to bridge the gap between amateur and professional with front-line experience and make it easier for unknown prodigies to find jobs.

About the Team

The Studio is founded and run by yours truly, Nicholas Capsimalis. Personally, I write electroacoustic compositions under the Pseudonym, Hundred Days Music, and have achieved success as an independent composer for a niche genre. Aside from myself, there are no concrete members***, which means that tryouts have begun. We have a number of open positions ranging from 3D modelers to 2D artists as well as coders, animators, voice actors and more. The specific skills required will be listed below as per the requirements of the current project. However, if you are interested in becoming one of us, then leave your name, contact information and a link to your resume below.

Project "Victor"

"Victor" is a going to be a custom story for the classic horror game, Amnesia: The Dark Descent. It is loosely based on Frankenstein, the original novel by Marry Shelley. The focus of the game is to tell a top-tier horror story while also providing new content for gameplay, visuals and music. If you are interested in the project you must have experience both in Amnesia the Dark Descent and Frankenstein. The story has been rewritten twice with numerous edits from two other unprofessional writers as well as a doctor of classic literature. The exact detailing of the story, new monsters and soundtrack can be found here: Drive.google.com

Please note that everything you see is not finalized and is subject to editing and revision during the creative process. If you are interested in the project, here are the required positions that need to be filled:

Myself - Knowing little about coding, modelling and animating, my primary job is to write both the story and the new soundtrack. In addition, I will also be project manager.

Lead Programmer - This person must know the ins-and-outs of the HPL 2 engine or have coding experience that can easily translate over (it's VERY similar to C++). This person will handle triggers, scares and making sure everything runs as smooth as butter.

Second Programmer - Because coding and programming are time-consuming, we'll need two. So congratulations, your chances of getting the job doubled!

Lead Modeler - This person will be in charge of creating models for the new monsters, characters and new assets. They must know how to integrate their assets into HPL 2 or any similar engine.

Lead Animator - This person will handle animations for the new monsters and characters as well as creating cut-scenes with the aforementioned monsters and characters.

Lead Artist - We will also be looking for a 2D graphical artist to do concept art, texturing and general artwork for our amusement. They must have experience both with concept drawing as well as texturing.

Voice Actors - Once safely into development, we will release a list of roles that require voice actors. At the moment, however, we are not finalizing anything; though if you wish to send in your application anyways, that would not be entirely unwelcome.

Any other skill sets will be judged on a case-by-case system. As this is an internet-based indie studio, so the number of positions available will be finite. So get your resumes in now!

In conclusion, here are all the reference links to satiate your curiosity as well as assist in the application process. Direct all questions to my email. Happy modding, everyone!

My Name: Nicholas Capsimalis
My Pseudonym: Hundred Days Music or My YouTube Page (or just Google it; you'll find me)
My Email: nicholas.capsimalis@gmail.com
My Skype: nickyc3711
All Things Victor: Drive.google.com

* Name not necessarily final.
** Not all projects will be monetized. Specific division of profits is also decided for each project.
*** However, there are multiple outside consultants willing to assist in any way possible.

If I could get this thread nuked, that'd be amazing. Thanks!
