Cathedral wip Thread

Decided to take a brake from character modeling, and work on a entry for Elyiun's 100th weekend challenge. Topic is Architecture. So here's what I have so far. But I still have a LONG way to go. Hoping to get it about twice or three times the current size. With alot more detail.

and try making it bigger.

a flying butress is an gothic architecture technique used to support really tall pre-renaissance structures. a couple of examples are the hagia sophia and notre dame

The wall goes up, then there's an arch from the wall to the ground. I can't find a picture (too tired)
