Can't Download Anything on Moddb Thread

To start off, the reason I made this thread despite the fact that several other threads with this name exist is that my problem seems to be a bit different than everyone else's that I've seen. Whenever I try to download anything on this site (for example, Clash of Kings 1.2), my browser makes like it's loading a page and then nothing happens. I've tried every mirror, switching browsers, switching users, rebooting, resetting my browser settings, downloading other versions, and nothing works; it's always just the same: a blank page with the tab title "Loading..." Anyone have a solution?

Screenshot please, sounds like something is being blocked.
