cannot download zips in my client Thread

i go to a purchased game profile, click on purchased download on the zip but it doesnt do anything, with every game...

Could you give some more information? What Games? What computer? Can you run them? Tell us dude you think we can tell just by your name?.....Answer all questions i asked and tell us even more about your computer maybe then we can help.
