Can not look up my games CD Keys Thread

I been trying the last hours to figure out why i cannot find my cd keys.
And do not tell me to "Right Click" on the game and view cd key cause that option does not exist in my case.
Even going to the website has same issue.

Has anyone encountered the same issue?
