That's one of the reasons why I moved out of California. Wildfires. There's nothing you can do about them |

heres the story on msnbc.com: The fire was ignited Saturday near the mountain town of Julian when a lost hunter set off a signal fire, authorities said. yeah, it's pretty nasty over here. it's pretty much a health risk to walk outside. i'm hoping to move out of CA sometime soon. But these fires are getting pretty bad. 1100 homes destroyed. Now that sucks. --

You americans are sissies Ash Wednesday, now thats something worth mentioning : Cfa.vic.gov.au The worst australian fire. Well not really... And lets not forget that huge amounts of native bush (200,000 hectares), 75 people and 2,300 homes where lost in the FIRST Ash Wednesday, yes there where two.. blah!
