I'm finding that there is this confusion about users commenting on another users profile and thinking they are commenting on that users currently displayed (latest) blog post. In fact, the comments made on the user home page are not tied to the displayed blog post. So when the next blog rolls out, that comment is out of context, confusing and well, shouldn't have been made on the profile if it was meant for the Blog entry.

As it stands, if I land on a users profile page and want to comment on the latest blog post (which is the first thing I see), I first have to click the blog post to go to a dedicated page where the blog post is also located, OR, click the 'comment' link which then also takes me to the dedicated blog post page. The point being, anyone who wants to comment on a blog must first go directly to the dedicated blog entry when in fact the entire blog post is already on that page along with a comment box. And therein lies the confusion. The entire Blog post showing, with a comment box right underneath it.

This needs to change somehow.

Either display a partial blog entry with a link to 'VIEW MORE' which will take the user to the dedicated blog entry page where the comment box is - OR - add a second comment box as part of the blog entry table, on the mainpage, and title it 'YOUR REPLY TO THIS BLOG ENTRY' or some other such title AND rename the profile comment box from 'COMMENTS' to something like, 'MESSAGES' or 'SHOUTBOX' or 'CONVERSATIONS'
