Blitzkrieg launcher problems Thread

So I am VERY, VERY interested in the Blitzkrieg mod. The variety is amazing and I already absolutely love the developers for collaborating and creating it, and the community for tweaking it and so forth. HOWEVER, I came on the site (Mod DB) to get the files for said mod. Well I can't find anywhere that tells me how to install it to the New Steam Version (What i mean by that is that's the only COH I have installed on Steam). Obviously, I have downloaded the files for 4.8.0.0, everywhere I look people say that you just have to run which ever file you chose (Full or Complete installer) and the launcher should pop up with the installation options and such. But I'm not sure like if you need a program or something to do it? No one has anything that i could find detailing things like that, apparently especially not for 4.8.0.0. If someone could please help me figure how to get the mod working it would be much appreciated. PMing is also welcome, anything to figure out how to get the mod working.

The cause of the problem is probably the "New Steam" version.

If you have the "New Steam Version" of CoH in your steam library, shouldn't you have the old version as well?
Looking at mine, I have both versions, but only the older one installed of course.
