Average support response time? (trying to get game reactivated) Thread

While ago my game got rejected due to lack of content (images and such), now I would like to get it reactivated since I finally have some screenshots to post. I have send email three days ago requesting this but no reply yet. how long these things usually takes?

Not sure about response time thru support e-mail (it is handled by TKAzA) but tickets (articles, downloads, job ads), replies to PMs, etc should be done in 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 10h, or max 10-12h intervals if you send me a PM directly. (It may take longer if you post your problem on forums.)
