Hello, I am a graduate of Mediatech Institute in Austin, TX looking to break into the gaming industry in any way possible. I was recommended to join this site and it looks like it was a good idea!

My talents lie in Recording/Mixing and Mastering along with post-production such as ADR/Foley.

I mainly record music but my passion lies within this industry as an Audio Engineer.

If you would be interested in viewing a full on resume, I can send a .doc to you if need be. Otherwise, take a look at my profile and follow the link to my website.

Thanks,

Josh Hayward

A bit of friendly advice. Sound is usually done last in a mod, so don't expect much replies. Have you any other skills that people could use?

I know sound is usually last but it's what I do best. I am a pretty good story/dialogue writer as well. I'm not modeler or anything although I was attempting to learn maya a while ago lol. I worked on a game a LOOOOOOOONG time ago where I was in charge of creating monsters and characters via description, so I suppose that would be another skill I could offer. :)

I also have a background in PC repair, so hardware/game testing would be something else I can offer along with any sort of business advice and things of that nature. I am a business lover and am considering continuing school for business management actually.

I looked at your work.. are you able to create various ambient sounds, say... a night out in the forest or something?
