Greetings you wonderful folks. I'll make this as simple and painless as possible.

I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Audio Production (a program that ran the gamut from live sound to sound design to recording arts and everything in between). I love audio, I love music and I love video games. I have been gaming for as long as I can remember, truly, even before audio was present in games (I played some text-based MMOs). I have already listened to a lifetime's worth of music in my nearly 30 years in this world.

I pride myself on maintaining realistic soundscapes as to immerse the viewer/gamer/listener as much as possible in the environment even if they don't consciously recognize that. I have taken classes that aid greatly in achieving this effect - acoustics, psychoacoustics and technical ear training courses, the latter of which is currently ONLY offered at the school I attended (though it will soon be offered in a select several schools in the U.S. and possibly Germany before too long).

I am always looking for new original sound FX to record with my Zoom H4N to add to my library. The world is one giant, ridiculously intriguing and endless soundscape that I plan to capture as fully as I can.

I'm looking for sound design work in any regard though I'm most fascinated and interested in pursuing video game sound design work. FREE or for PAY. I've got to start somewhere and I'm extremely eager to do so. Please contact me with any questions you may have and I'll be happy to oblige!

Hello VFalcone84,

We are looking for a sound FX designer for our first indie game, Dungeons of Daggerhelm, a retro-style action RPG dungeon-crawler. Here is the project page for your convenience: Indiedb.com

If you are interested in our project or having questions about the game and our studio, PM us or send an email to renderedworld7@gmail.com, whichever is most convenient for you, so that we may discuss in more detail.

Cheers!
