I uploaded some Techno mix tracks onto my profile as downloads, but now they are gone. I guess they were not approved? |

Do you have the copyright for your tracks? In every case you should have pointed out the evidence or you should have shown a permission from the author of these tracks. ;-) Maybe it'd be a good thing to first register/post them somewhere more appropriate (a music/soundtrack website, etc.), then show... good call. I have them published on several MP3 websites. But I don't know if that will prove they are mine. |

And it doesn't seem a regular practice... at least I don't recall any such 'incidents', unless somebody reported a copyright infringement. There's always the contact page, so you can hit Moddb staff up and ask them directly: |

I thought about contacting them directly, but didn't try very hard to look for a link. |

Your downloads need to be linked to a group or a profile, we dont allow downloads to just be located on your profile. --

In this case a music group or something, could be a possible solution... ;-) Just a suggestion. |

I noticed the linking option but I didn't want my music to appear on a game page. |

Thats it! I didn't realize there were different profiles for different uses. I joined the Zero SFX group and they have music in their downloads. |
