Artist/Photographer/Graphic designer required Thread

This job is not for a game in particular but could be a good opportunity for an Artist/Photographer/Graphic designer.
I cant really afford to pay for the job but I'm hoping the means of promotion and noteriety will be reward in itself.

I am looking for one of the above to produce full artwork, mostly for digital release for my album '...in place of the light'
You will have full creative control, and the ability to create almost any imagery you like (within reason)
Your finished artwork, hopefully including booklet, front & rear inlays (allowing people to 'print-their-own) will be distributed with every digital copy of the release and will have full credit to you and whatever link - website, email - you wish.

If you have any skill in video (mostly animation i think, but that can be discussed) i would also like to promote your work on this project through youtube.

Have you done any other albums, or is there any other cover art that has previously been created for your music?
Also, it would help if you had a few ideas, guidelines (or restrictions) yourself. But hey, total freedom is cool too.

Will the artist be credited on the album? If I decide to work for you then I would like a link to my portfolio (discreetly placed on the album cover - small font size)

I'm open to any suggestions at the moment in terms of visual ideas, best to give the tracks a listen and see what jumps out at you.

The aim of this is to give the artist responsible as much promotion as i'm trying to give the album, treat it sort of like a collaboration, my music to your art.
You will have full rights to the artwork and will very much something that belongs to you as your intellectual property, even though the album will be released under creative commons free releasing.

Previously i have done my own artwork but really dont have time for this and want something more than i am willing to do myself.
You will be fully credited (more than just a small font i'd hope)

Yea've I've listened. Your music sounds a bit like... hmm... a clash between Brian Transeau's album "This Binary Universe" and the TRON: Legacy -soundtrack by Daft Punk. I'm very fond of electronic music so this is the kind of music I could listen to. I'll think about this job, and give you an answer later today or tomorrow.

Got to say this is intriguing music, great to see an open approch to hunting help without too much limitations.
What style theme are you after for this ? not sure if my styles suitable to be perfectly clear though i tend to prefer a darker palatte.
Still ill consider doing a small demo just for the fun of it.

I assume that you want the following:
-Front cover. 1:2 ratio on the size (front side of the CD with art, and the other part is the "inlet"/booklet containing a track list)
-Back cover. 1:1 ratio on the size. Just art.
-Preview image for websites

So what I need to know is:
Is there any particular design - or theme - that you want? Dark, light, and so on.
What size do you want on the preview image?

If you want me to do this cover, then I'll make a few concepts (3 maybe?) in photoshop and have you review them. Then you pick one which I will continue working on. How's that?

EDIT: One idea is to make a piece of art containing a custom-made, multicolored fractal, some photomanipulation, some awesome brushes and some... well, photoshop magic. Kinda like "Discordia" that I made 2 years ago: niteshader.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d1n9pqx

Okay there seem to be a few people want in on this but obviously I'm only going to have one to been sure of a coherent pallette for the artwork.
If you want to submit a sample send it to my email (thats the best way to get my attention)
the theme is as the title, kind of willfully replacing something lost i.e. "I have music...in place of the light"
I dont want it to seem like im setting up a competiution but you understand that I would like the most appropriate artist to work with me on this.
So send a sample (one piece will be fine) with a short brief of your idea to my email and i'll get back to each one individually to save us all some time.
