Constructive criticism is welcome

I don't like the first instrument - it sounds very cheap. Maybe you should change it and keep the tones.
I also think that the middle/end part of the track is too "dancey". Not even the Unreal Tournament music tracks are "that" dancy.

Other than that it sounds good. But since I'm no audio guy I can't really give you any constructive feedback (other than pointing out the things I feel sound wrong). I hope you understand.

What software do you use?

I kind fo Agree with Niteshade, the entire track felt very dancey, although Im guessing thats what you were going with :P

Track would work great in futuristic style racing games or maybe 2D Platforming Bit Style games :)

I liked it, made me think of megaman. I thought the main bass/synth line was too loud though, it shouldn't overpower the whole track. Just raise the volume where it's most important to hear ;).

Yeah just bring down the lead synth mostly. Turn that hard limiter/compression wayyyyyyy down and set all the levels without relying on that, you'll find that your transients (kick/snare) have a lot more room to breath that way. Get everything sounding as top-notch as you possibly can without compressing/limiting the master bus, as if you aren't gonna use them at all .... Then bring them in very last.... nice and smooth... like the icing on the cake.... er.. yeah

I think the arrangement itself is pretty rad, though!

good advice thanks man
So are you saying I should bring in the compressors gradually?
Never thought of that...
