any1 good with flash Thread

hey does anyone know how to make a windows thing drag in flash? I can't see to make it so that when I drag one thing, it'll move that and another thing, like a window. I can only make 1 piece move but not both. I want to make it so that when i press on the top piece the bottom will follow along, but that piece itself cannot be dragged.

make both parts of the window one, and only make the button part on the top piece
