It would be nice if you added "Battle for Middle Earth" to the modlisting, since it will be out in a couple of months and already has several mods being developed for it. The game is made by the same team that did Red Alert 2 and CNC: Generals, and thus many people in those modding communities plan on modding B4ME.

Basic Game Information
Gameplay Style: Real-Time Strategy
Game Release Date: November 16th, 2004
Official Webpage: Eagames.com
Platform: PC
ESRB Rating: It isn't set yet, but most likely it'll be T.

Creators / Publishers Behind B4ME

Game Developer: EALA (Electronic Arts Los Angeles)
Developer Webpage: Jobs.ea.com (closest thing I could find)
Game Distributor (Publisher): Electronic Arts
Distributor (Publisher) Webpage: Ea.com

Hot damn... that looks awsome! I'd just assume that - as with most movies - they'd sell out to some crappy developer who'd make a pathetic little game just to cash in on the movie, but that looks brilliant! :)

You've forgotten to realise that developers have already proven that bad movie-to-game licenses have been nearly wiped out, thanks to the recently released Chronicles of Riddick. Most games released about movies have been a hell of a lot better than they used to be, and this is no exception ;)

Yeah, but they were underground much longer. Unfortunately it looked like a wc3 clone when they showed their first screenshot or two :(

Good thing it's far from a Wc3 clone, and a hell of game! I can't wait to play Helm's Deep on my PC :D

Get Quake :)
There's a map with 10,000 knights and a remake of the Helm's Deep fortress... Suffice to say it runs choppily
