3D model for Amnesia Thread

I have a great custom story I'm doing that I'd like to finish before A Machine for Pigs hits, but there's a specific model I want to make it perfect. It's just a simple maid model, complete with a broom, glowing red eyes, and torn flesh. I don't have any idea how to actually do this though, so if anyone could point me in the right direction and give me some tips, or would be willing to do the model, I'd really appreciate it.

Even no any concept of the model?
