Frostbite is a next-generation FPS engine built from the ground up to power Battlefield: Bad Company and other upcoming games from DICE across all high-end platforms. The engine carries forward the unrivaled online air/ground/sea vehicle and first-person gaming pedigree from previous Battlefield engines, and adds support for massive networked destruction in a large-scale environment. With an all-new rendering engine supporting high-fidelity visuals and effects, and an innovative HDR audio system, the Frostbite engine is one of the few engines that really make use of the unique capabilities of both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 to deliver a truly intense next-generation gaming experience.

Although its the first generation of Frostbite, its really good for running games like FPS for PC or Consoles.Far better destruction and stability compared to its older cousins (Refractor 2 and Refractor)
Mod Tools are missing,yes.
But,this engine deserves a 10.

Good job

best shooter games ever.

A great upgrade for Refractor 2 Engine
I like the destroyable walls and fences
But the editor costs money...
The main problem is that only 2 games are running on PC:

Bad Company 2 and Medal of Honor

Well,at least there is something promising :D

Good.
Not bad for first Frosbite™
But all Frostbite games are only for consoles
Only 2 are for PC: BFBC2 and MoH

Good engine- great graphics snd inovation.

One of the greatest engines

Just 1, because this engine is designed to take modding off the table. DICE should remember that it was Desert Combat, a mod, that drew attention to their game and made them popular.
