Zircon Beta engine source 20240328 WIP file

Mostly completed, but unrefined source code for a future release with screenshot preview load game menu, jpeg stream support, gif decoding and many other features. The code needs some more cleanup and I doubt it will compile with any compiler. And the documentation is only partially done.
