suckish mod, only offers inaccurate shooting and weird weapon positions

my bf 1942 crashes when i put the mod on and load a map.
doesn't work for me.. tell me why? i selected from custom>wwii reality and then i joined a server doesnt ironsight?? tell me why? should try exe?
maybe it only works on singleplayer ?
it wont work on multiplayer unless you are on a server that supports that mod

realism for the past hd remaster shouldve added ads
