You have a major bug that prevents the mod from launching. IN your ChinaVehicle.ini file on Battlemaster tank you use module tag ModuleTag_02 twice, once on ModelDraw and once on ActiveBody. This should be fixed, because the game cannot launch with this current coding. Sorry for bad English, I am Lithuanian.
are you sure? lazy shi sent this to me to check and it worked fine, unless he changed something after i tested it.
It might be because this was made with the TFD version of the game.

i cant get it to work....and i even did a fresh re-install of the game to make sure their was no previous mod folders in it
