Update 2.3.1 for CS: A Mix of 3 Eras file

Changelog:

1. Adjusted Scout viewmodel position.
2. Fixed hardcoded text strings for the new entries in keyboard settings (was supposed to come with version 2.3, but forgot to include the file for it).
3. Updated bug reporter sounds.
4. Updated headshot sounds to latest CS2 versions.
5. Updated water wade sounds to latest CS2 versions.
6. Updated death sounds to latest CS2 versions (less bass, not really noticeable in game but decided to change them anyways).

How to install:

1. Download the archive, open it, then simply drag the contents of the "update" folder into your mod folder, replacing the original files.
